About Us

Compassionate support for healing and growth.

Meet your Therapist

Nally Fernandez, LMHC, CST.

You don’t have to explain yourself to feel welcome here.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be fully themselves — without shame, without rush, without having to perform being okay. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist with specialized training in EMDR and trauma through the lifespan. I’ve worked with survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, and childhood abuse, as well as first responders who carry the weight of their work in ways most people never see. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply collaborative. I take my cues from you. Because healing isn’t something I do to you — it’s something we build together.

Welcome to Fields of Ivy Counseling

Many of the people we work with have spent years feeling like their pain was too much — or not enough. They’ve been told to move on, push through, or keep it together. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
