Your privacy matters here, online and in the therapy room. This policy explains what information our website collects, why, and the choices you have.
This website, fieldsofivy.com, is run by Nallivy Fernandez, LLC, doing business as Fields of Ivy Counseling, in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Services are provided by Nallivy Fernandez, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Sex Therapist (CST).
This policy covers the website only. Information you share as a client is covered by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which follows the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Florida law.
Information we collect
We collect as little as we can. There are no contact forms, chat boxes, or online shop on this website.
- What you choose to send us. If you email or call, we receive your name, contact details, and whatever you include in your message.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our site and hosting company automatically receive information such as your device type, browser, general location, pages visited, and the website that sent you here.
Cookies and tracking, and your choices
Cookies are small files your browser saves when you visit a website. We use only the ones the site needs, plus basic visitor counts that you can refuse.

We use it only to answer your questions, schedule a consultation, and keep the website safe and working.
We share it only with the services that help run the site:
- GoDaddy, which hosts the website
- Google Fonts, which supplies the lettering on our pages and receives your device’s internet address when a page loads
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Your clinical records, email safety, and emergencies
Your therapy information is never collected through this website. Once you become a client, your records are protected under HIPAA and Florida law, and our Notice of Privacy Practices explains your rights. We will give you a copy at your first appointment, or you can ask for one at any time.
Please keep first emails brief. Regular email is not fully secure. When you first reach out, share only your name, the best way to reach you, and a good time to talk. We can talk about the details privately.
This website and email are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Your rights, children, changes, and contact
Your rights. You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete website information we hold about you, such as emails you sent us. Some records must be kept by law, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children. This website is not meant for children to use on their own. If you are a parent or guardian seeking care for a young person, please contact us yourself.
Changes. If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
