How long are sessions?
Sessions vary from 45mins – 53 mins depending on issues that need addressing.
Do you accept Insurance?
I am currently in network with Aetna, United and Cigna.
How much are sessions?
Sessions cost between $125- 175 depending on time and assessments

Do you offer telehealth?
I offer both in person and telehealth sessions for your convenience.
How do I contact you between sessions?
For schedule changes you can contact me via email and the office via phone or text.
What modality do you use in therapy?
We are person centered so we always meet you where you are. We do offer EMDR and Somatic related trauma informed therapies.
